How we source and find candidates on your behalf

Candidate focus and experience tells us that candidates are looking for their 'ideal' job so by listening and understanding candidates we know the position they are looking for. After all were are all humans with different personalities, goals & lifestyles so why put a square peg into a round hole?

Taking each candidate individually and accessing them on merit we are able to  offer the right candidates to fit your team.

All of our candidates provide proof of right to work and live in the UK and their references will be taken up on request prior to starting but we understand that some clients prefer to conduct their own referencing to co-inside with their HR policies.

Pricing

Our terms of business are set in line with Industry pricing however as a non Corporate Organisation we are able to adapt our pricing policy to suit.

We also offer a sliding scale rebate policy should for any reason the candidate not work out or leave.  This is offered on the understanding that the initial invoice is paid within terms and the candidate has not been made redundant.

Our Working hours

We understand that the core part of the day you are busy in your own business. So we have adapted our working hours to suit your requirements.  We are offering a 6am to 9pm service to our Clients so that you are able to speak with us 'out of office' hours if you choose to do so.  We feel this gives you a flexible approach as its not always possible to speak during the day.

This also works with our candidates who sometimes find it difficult to also speak during the day.

Questions often asked by Clients

Clients often ask the following questions as they have either had bad experiences with agencies or just frustrated as they feel they are not being looked after!

  • Why is there a shortage of candidates coming through to me?

Well to be honest sometimes its just a case that although we have spoken with candidates we are still waiting on their proof of right to work and live in the UK - we do follow up with candidates on a regular basis however if they are not available during the day we are relying on them getting this information in the evening and as we all know you get home from work and other things take over and you forget,  not intentionally but were humans - this is why we have adapted our working hours so that we can nudge candidates into not forgetting.

  • Were going to also use another Agency is that ok?

Of course it is! - not all candidates are going to register with us so by using another agency along side sometimes helps with candidate flow - promise you will  not offend us,  its about finding the right candidate for your role! If we can't help you this time we will next time.

  • Are we offering the right salary & package?

This is a difficult one but I believe that you have to work within your budget and that of your already employed staff - we would all like to offer the world but the reality of it is we cannot - If your a small independent then your budget may not be as large as a corporate company so maybe instead of the larger salary that stretches you offer training or flexible hours - not all candidates work for money (although we need it to pay the bills) often its the company ethos,  environment and lifestyle that is more important.

It's about respecting and looking after your staff as in return they respect and look after your business.
